I watched this program with my 86 year old friend, Ms. Betty. We both though it looked good. This was my first time working with fillo dough but I pulled it off. My 10 year old helped me out a bit and the end result was rockin! All five kids and husband loved it!!! This is another Guy "keeper" recipe.

These legs were great! I changed it up a bit by wrapping Boars head Swiss and Deluxe Ham around the legs before wrapping them in the filo dough. Sorta like a chick cordon bleu on a stick (leg Yummy for Sure.

Made these last year, along with Deep dish pepperoni dip, tequila bars and Sangria. Was a hit. Chicken was juicey and flavorful. Worth making again. Almost dyed my hair blond.

I loved the chicken it was packed with flavor. I opted to roll the drumsticks in only two layers of long fillo dough since when the drumstick rolls over and over, the end result it 8 layers of dough since the drumstick rolled completely 4 times. I preferred having less dough, but loved the crunch! and the extra sauce inside was "money!" I liked the end comment of the show, "See, Hunter, after 12 fillo dough recipes eventually one of 'em makes it on television!" We also made the lemon/lime mixer with simple syrup to cut through the richness of the meal with a refreshing beverage. Thanks Guy, and keep 'em coming! I watched the show featuring this dish this evening and had to try it out. I am not keen on honey mustard so I went for an asian spin injecting with a sweet duck sauce, wrapped it in the fillo and topped it off with more sauce and sprinkled toasted sesame seeds. Granted not exactly to recipe but inspired for sure. Thanks Guy for pointing me in the direction of fillo wrapped chicken. Just awesome!
