This was oh so yummy!I used marscapone cheese instead of cream cheese. It was so yummy. I really liked it with the marscapone. It melted into the challah bread. I cant stop talking about it. Im so making this again!

This was great for a fast, easy and tasty dinfast (dinner-breakfast at 2 am. It was such a hit with my guests they wanted it for breakfast at 11:30 am. Its easy on the budget I have as a college student. Thank You Guy!!!

Very Good! If you use a tougher bread-stale french bread, sour dough, challula-the measurements of this recipe works perfectly! If you use a softer bread then adjust the egg and milk ratio to more egg than milk. The next trick for success is dont flip the sandwich until you have a nice dark crust! Blueberries would be wonderful in this sandwich!

What a STUPID TITLE for such great french toast. It was worth the search effort, but Guy, don't you see your name enough? Give us a break!

Make sure you use a hearty white bread. I finished off in a 300 degree oven to finish cooking and keep warm. Also needed to spend extra time at the gym, but it was worth it!

Guy this recipe was the bomb, I made this with the kids and they had a blast. I gave your recipe a little twist and added sound fresh blueberries and raspberries I hope you don't mind. It was a fresh twist on breakfast. So you that thought it was gross or what ever you did something wrong!!!

So, I saw this on the show and thought it looked great, and would be a nice change from regular french toast, which I make for my family a few times a month. Boy, was I wrong. This was the most disgusting breakfast we had ever had. We actually threw it away without finishing! The consistency of this sandwich was mushy, no matter how long I cooked it, and the cream cheese was just...well it just doesn't go! Now, I did use light cream cheese, but I don't think regular would have made it any better. I'd much rather just have regular french toast with banana and strawberry on the side! It would be tastier and easier!
