These are great. I didn't have a few of the seasonings, but I did have a container of "red robin" seasoning and used that instead.....yum yum yum...

I must have done something wrong because they turned out soggy and limp. I will probably try them again, perhaps making them smaller or using less oil.

Until now, I have never cared for sweet potatoes; however, this recipe is boss. I prefer these to regular fries. The only reason this didn't get 5 globes from me, is that I found that the fries needed to cook at 375? for 1? hours to become crispy.

I followed the recipe , step by step. The fries should have been baked at 450 degrees. 350 degrees made them too soggy. other than that, they were very tasty. I will make these again.

I did exactly as the receipe said and watched the show. My fries came out soggy. The flavor was good, but still soggy fries are like eating noodles.I was anxious to have a good sweet potatoe fry receipe but this failed me.

What a waste of perfectly good sweet potatoes.

The sweet potatoes had a very good flavor, but I wouldn't call them fries. They came out extremely soft. I'm not sure if I did something wrong. My 10-month-old baby liked them, though.

Absolutely loved the flavor of them - the seasoning was perfect. However, they came out soggy. Should the temperature of the oven be higher? Seems like 350 degrees is too low to cook them at.
