Best garlic bread ever. We've made it three times already. We only used 1 stick of butter 2x and 2 sticks (by accident 1x. We didn't miss the extra butter at all. Our guests loved it too and asked for the recipe.

I got nothing but compliments on the garlic bread Christmas Eve. It was perfect. I could barely beleive it was a home cooked meal it was so good. Perfect with the pasta dish I made with my mom. I did not add the hot sauce cause not everyone likes spicy but it was not missed.
I'm printing this and I won't need to look for another garlic bread receipe.

This is the first garlic bread recipe that both my husband and I agree on and love! There is alot of butter so it's not exactly light, but hey - it's awesome!! Will definately make again!

I made this last night, and both my husband and I loved it! I cut down on the butter and upped the rest of the ingredients, and it was great. I did not use scallions as I had none. This is a forever keeper for us. Thank you, Guy.

I made this bread for a friend to compliment a pasta dish. She loved it and wanted to know what made it have such great flavor and to her surprise I told her Guy added hot sauce and it really made the bread. Not only did she love it, my husband said he won't eat garlic bread any other way!

Live near Gilroy, CA. Have eaten many types of garlic bread. Spices put a different and flavorful twist. Try it. I bet you will keep it!
