Made this a couple years ago after watching it on Guy's Big Bite show. Tastes great, and it's nice to have something different for a change...hadn't seen anything like it before.

This was FANTASTIC! We used 25 year old balsamic which was wonderful! Can't wait to have it again!

The filling was great but there was too much tortilla. I'd suggest reducing the size of the stack to three or four.

Absolutely delicious! It sounds weird I know, but so-o-o-o good. I first saw Guy do this on an episode of DDD with his mom and dad. Made it his way first and it was good. Then trying to make it a little healthier, I added a can of drained/rinsed cannelini beans into the mix and pulsed everything smooth. Yay for fiber and protein. Really good recipe, thanks Guy!
