- 1/2 inch piece ginger, minced
- 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- Orange slices
Add the ginger, 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth and ice to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add more ice, more sweet vermouth, gin and the Campari. Shake to combine. Pour over an ice filled rocks glass. Top off with water and garnish with orange slices.
