Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces rum (recommended: Bacardi Superior)
  • 1/2-ounce pama liqueur
  • Handful fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 lime, juiced, plus lime wedges for garnish
  • 2 sugar cubes
  • Club soda
  • Goji juice

Directions

Combine the rum, pama liqueur, mint leaves, goji berries, lime juice and sugar cubes in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Strain into rocks glasses and top with club soda and goji juice. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
