We LOVE this and have cooked MANY times! We found that after we mix all together-we put on our smoker, uncovered, for 1-2 hours (then covered 2 hours for extra flavor and heats them thru and thru!

Not low-fat, but so delicious. We loved these.

Made these last night. Wow, like a twice baked crossed with a potato skin. Really good!

My son and girl friend treated us to a homemade dinner which included these potatoes and the Bloody Mary flank steak. No restaurant in our small town could compete with this awesome dinner. Will serve these the next time we have guests to dinner.

I made these potatoes for a tailgate, and they were a big hit. We nicknamed them "Lipitor Potatoes" for a fellow tailgater who both takes the drug and works for the drug company. We're making them for this week's tailgate, too.

I used Old Bay because I was unable to get the Zatarain's crab boil in PA. I also drained some of the bacon fat before frying the onions.

Made this last Thanksgiving ... went over so well that it's my family's new tradition as I'm all set to make it again.

I'm from Idaho and I know potatoes. This was great! Lots of flavor and crunch with the bacon & onions. A better "potato salad". Will make over & over.

This recipe is a hit with my family. The first time I made it did not have grab boil (didn't feel like going to the store everything else I already had so I used Original Old Bay seasoning It was great. The second time I did use grab boil a spicy one, loved it!

We eat a lot of potatoes. This is among the best my family of three has ever tasted. Leave the crab boil in the bag! They are great reheated by microwave with eggs for breakfast, so I'm glad there are leftovers.
