    I'm giving these 4 stars, because even though they were beyond delicious, I didn't care alot for the crab boil. The whole kitchen smelled like nutmeg or ginger or something like that. It was actually overbearing. The next time, I think I'll just season the water with a blend of spices that I liked in the crab boil and omit the ones I didn't and put them in a mesh cooking bag.

    We LOVE this and have cooked MANY times! We found that after we mix all together-we put on our smoker, uncovered, for 1-2 hours (then covered 2 hours for extra flavor and heats them thru and thru!

    My son and girl friend treated us to a homemade dinner which included these potatoes and the Bloody Mary flank steak. No restaurant in our small town could compete with this awesome dinner. Will serve these the next time we have guests to dinner.
