This was very easy to make and turned out wonderful. Everyone liked it. I used fat free sour cream and heavy cream. Next time I will use ff sour cream and ff half and half.

I made this as a trial on Sunday (11/13/2011 and it was so delicious. I took some extra time chopping the mushrooms super small, like 1/4". I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms alone, but in this sauce, they were fabulous. I used full sour cream and full cream, but will be using half&half next time. I made a half batch and made the family promise they'd serve themselves at least one scoop. It was such a hit! I have been recommending this recipe to everyone I know.
