    this salad was delicious and the hit of our carry in at work. I used fresh green beans from my garden, used your recipe and added just a tiny bit of banana peppers from my garden (since I had so many this year. Very good, easy I will make it again.

    "...a *boil* of ice water" ? Sorry to be picky, I just found that humorous.
    PS - I made this (and the double-mustard roast for my in-laws last night ang they loved it!

    I thought it was a little bland so I added some dried dill. It changed the taste enough you could easily present two different salads. Will become a summer staple this year.

    This recipe is great! The feta and green beans work well together. It is easy and good. I will definitly make it again!
