Easy, quick and a great compliment to the Goulash! This would be great for any stew. I did add a little more thyme and marjoram. Depending on what I put this with, it will be easy to customize the flavors with different spices or cheeses. Thanks Guy for a keeper recipe.

Amazing recipe. Even if you don't have all the spices for this, it still turns out with tons of flavor. Family Favorite

1 cup US = .2366 liter. For 'rebeccaemma' here's the link to a website where you can get solutions for converting anything to anything. I use it all the time, hope it helps. onlineconversion dot com

This recipe is great as is but it's also easy to enhance flavor by loading up on the thyme or marjoram. I like to serve this dish with a mushroom/shallot vinaigrettte on the side.

I would really like to do this recipe but need some metric advice as to how much a "Cup" contains. We don't get Guy's program here in Italy and I have no idea whatsoever. Thanks in advance for any help received.
