Doubled and made this as directed for a summer Sunday buffet dinner except used pita flat bread instead of pockets. Also grilled sirloin steak as another option. The entire extended family loved it! The salmon was so flavorful. Our 20 month old was crazy for the yogurt sauce, but some of us thought less dill would have been better (could have been since I doubled the recipe.

I made this recipe with chicken last night and use olive oil instead of grapeseed oil because I forgot to pick it up at the store. The recipe was spectacular. My husband wanted to eat the cucumber dip with a spoon because it was that delicious. Even my four year old devoured dinner. She loved the pita and even the salsa. I topped the gyros with crumbled feta and paired the meal with Bobby Flay's Greek potatoes with Lemon Vin. Awesome. Thanks, Guy! We love you!

Guy - I really enjoy your show but you drive me crazy when you mispronounce the word Balsamic Vinegar. As a Chef, I feel you should know that!

You have lots of great recipes and I love to watch your afternoon show that airs in Omaha at 2 pm. Keep up the good work.

Made the marinade and tomato onion topping for my husband and he LOVED it! I didn't do the pitas or the cucumber sauce, rather just grilled the salmon and topped it with the tomato mixture and it worked out great.

All these receipes on this episode were easy an in expensive. Even the Agave was easy to find. We are merinating at the moment. The salsa was to die for. Thanks guy for the easy receipe that my husband an I will use forever. Will write after we taste the Salmon.
