Delicious! I used frozen Ahi Tuna from Costco, cubed it & pulsed it in the food processor to break it up a bit. I also used some panko on the outside of the burgers to give them some crunch. Will definitely make these again. I only made half the mayo recipe and still have plenty left over. I topped them with an asian slaw (soy, rice wine, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic & ginger.

My wife saw this recipe and wanted to try it. I was reluctant, as I don't care for most fish. The burgers were amazing! She served them with some BBQ slaw, and it is an instant favorite. She didn't put the sesame oil in the burgers as neither of us like the taste of it.

This was a wonderful recipe! We had everything on hand to make this except sushi grade tuna. We used a can of tuna and 2 Tilapia filets instead and it was wonderful. The Sriracha mayo goes perfectly with the fish! Mmmm We cant wait to make it for my parents!
