I made this early (today. I love cranberry sauce and no one else ever eats it but me. But I'm sure everyone will eat this. It is SOOOO good. I love a little "bite" in my food. It's super fast and easy too. Let's thank pepper-heaven for serranos!

Made this in my prep ahead for Thanksgiving, it's wonderful. The chipotle makes them unexpectedly smoky and spicy instead of just spicy. I couldn't find blood orange, agave or serrano. I subbed with reg orange, honey and a jalepeno. Even if its not supposed to taste like what's in my pot - it's still pretty damn good.

If you're expecting these to be sweet, it's not the recipe for you. They didn't turn out at all the way I expected. Maybe it's just me, but they were more savory than anticipated. Not sweet enough, IMO. I added another 1/4 cup of orange juice and 1/4 cup sugar which seems to have helped. They are still spicy, which I am excited about.

I love spicy food but my family doesn't so I wasn't sure how this was going to taste to them. They loved it. It was just right to please everyone.

This recipe sounded amazing to me, but it did not turn out that way. I think the chipotle chile ruined it. The recipe smelled and tasted nice before I added that chipotle. Maybe I had a bad chipotle, who knows? It had so much heat that I couldn't taste anything else. I may try it again without the chipotle.
