Doubled the sauce when I noticed it was not enough to marinade. Baking made the wings juicy which was good, but the marinade flavor was very sour and bitter. Won't do this again.

Made this for a gathering at my house...everyone loved the wings! But there wasn't enough sauce. Had barely enough to marinate the wings in, did not have any left over to drizzle over the wings. Next time I will double the sauce recipe and save half to drizzle.

Served 7 lbs, of these for a surprise party and they were quite a hit. (Of course, I brought the extra tequila and we drank that to go with the celebrating! The wings were fairly easy to make and looked great after grilling. I spritzed extra lime juice on them before serving and it was a good zip. Wil surely fix them again.

These were great! And so easy. The only thing I did differently was to place them under the broiler rather than grilling (since it's 12? outside right now. I was even able to find agave syrup (Wal Mart had it--who knew?!. If you can't find it, though, you could sub honey and have excellent results.

These wings are great! They were a touch on the sour side, so next time I'm going to add a little more syrup.

My guy and I both really enjoyed these wings. However, I made a few changes due to availability of ingredients. I didn't have the agave syrup so I used a little honey and a little stevia. Didn't have adobo, so added a little sriracha hot sauce and a little sesame oil. The tequila I used was Margheritaville Gold. Yummy.

I tried it just cuz it has TEQUILA in it. But does it matter what kind of tequila you put in it?
