Probably shouldn't rate this as I didn't make the quesadilla exactly like the recipe. Seemed like too much goin' on - I eliminated artichoke hearts, broccoli, carrots and blk olives (don't like them, then did the rest per instructions. Very good! The potatoes and corn added a nice touch.
