This was so good and refreshing! Serving it really cold is the key. I did not add any sugar for health reasons but it was still really good. I have read that hibiscus tea is good to help lower blood pressure, lower the bad cholesterol and to remove toxins from your liver. I just drink it because it was delicious and refreshing.

This was really yummy...actually...I did not have the syrup so I just used some sue bee honey. It was great like a rosey flavored limeade. Make sure you ice it really cold, it makes all the difference. My daughter added a little sugar to hers, but mine was the perfect amount of sweet and slightly tart.

although i've never worked with dried hibiscus it turned out very good. and the citrus from the lime took it an extra mile. also the color is quite amazing too. definitely should try it for the summer!
