We had to go get the ingredients especially for this drink, but it was worth it. This drink is easy to make & tastes so refreshing. I agree with the other reviewer, the basil makes this special. It tastes like summer! You should run out and get the things you need to make this!

I just returned from the Amalfi Coast, the home of Italian Limoncello. I brought home with me several different varieties. This cocktail was easy to make and the basil gave it a unique flavor.

The cubes of ice that I had were too large so I served this drink in martini glasses with a fresh rasberry in the bottom of the glass for color. Before pouring, I moistened the rims of the glasses and dipped in powdered sugar.

    Tastes like lemonade...with a kick!
