Wow, was this delicious. It was fairly easy but of course pounding out the meat, etc. takes a little more time but the payoff is worth it. I loved the taste and crunchiness of the pork and the mushroom gravy is out of this world. Thanks!

The most delicious pork recipe I've tried. Easy to make and the Spaetzle was wonderful, even my picky 3 year old loved this recipe. My husband is half german and he absolutely loved this recipe. Needless to say this is a definite keeper.

I made this on a whim after watching Guy's show. My family loves it! If my son had his way I would make it at least weekly. I have made it with different red wines, merlot or cabernet, and find that the gravy is much richer with the cabernet. I'm sure I will be making this for a long time to come.

I just made this for dinner after my husband requested an "Oktoberfest" meal. It was so easy to make and super-delicious. On Point; as Guy would say. I served it with Spaetzel (from Cost Plus, green beans and red cabbage (also CP. Good enough for company and will be a family fall favorite for years to come. PS...I had a bit (1/4 c?of heavy cream that was nearing the end of its time, so I used that instead of the butter. It made a nice, creamy gravy.

This is the best pork recipe I have come across. I have tried it with both the panko and regular breadcrumbs and like the regular better. But the gravy is so flavorful and goes great with the pork. This is definitely a favorite.

This was absolutely delicious. We go to Fredericksburg, Texas often and hsve Jagerrschnitzel at a great restaurant but this is better. Love the gravy. We couldn't find panko bread crumbs so we just used regular bread crumbs - worked fine. We only used 1 cup of mushrooms. We didn't see the noodle recipe though. served ours with red cabbage. I have a broken arm and my husband made it while I read him the directions. We'll surely make it again.

My dad and I made this last night for my step-mom when she came home, and we all loved it! I'm a teenager and I thought it was one of the best things I've ever tasted. The bacon with the pork loin made it even better. I reccomend this excellent recipie to everyone :
