Made it for everybody at the firehouse and they thought it was the best thing since sliced bread! I had to make a half a dozen copies of the recipe and give it to the guys at the firehouse. Guy hit it out of the park with this one!

Made this for a Super Bowl party. Everybody loved it. The spice of the sausage with the creaminess of the cheese is perfect.

Amazing flavors. Bold!! Delish!! Make this - don't skip this. You will flip out on all of the profusion of the glory-hole that is this sandwich.

I made this for the Super Bowl...Go Saints...and everyone LOVED it. It made enough for about 12 sandwiches. I don't usually post responses, but this one deserves a rating. It was also good over rice.

My husband loves watching Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and Guy's Big Bite, so I checked out Guy's Super Bowl menu. These sandwiches were such a hit and super easy to make. I made the jambalaya in a triple batch before the game and put it all in the crock pot on warm, at half time I set out the bread and let everyone make their own sandwich. I will definitely make this again.

These sandwiches are excellent! I made them for my family for the superbowl and they were a hit. However, next time I make them I will replace the chicken with shrimp.

I made this for a large group of people out at a college football tailgate and it was a huge success. It was easy to make and stayed warm in a slow cooker until we were ready to eat. Great sandwich!
