My whole family loved this. This is good even without the bread. Fast, easy and one pot. Love it, definitely a keeper recipe.

Holy cow, this was one FANTASTIC sandwich! I live with spice sissies, so I had to use Kielbasa and Sweet Italian sausage instead of the Andouille and Smoked sausages, but I don't think I missed anything. High marks for flavor! Added a little chicken stock the next day and had it as a stew-like dish with the bread on the side for mopping. I'll be making this one often!

Next time I'm gonna have to make more!!! One batch just won't be enough. I thought I'd have some leftovers--no way. My neighbors and uncle finished every last bite!!!! I let it cook slowly all afternoon and it was soooo well worth it.

I made this recipe in the morning and let it simmer on low for the rest of th day. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The flavor blend of the spiced meat with the Havarti Cheese is a treat to the taste buds. The only change I would make it to hollow out your buns so you can pile more on!!!
    Thanks Guy....great work.

This is the easiest jambalaya I have ever made. And talk about good, my mouth waters just thinking about this one. You can even take this to the ballpark gang and it doesn't fall apart. Way to go Guy, another Home Run!

I'm not sure all the sausages and bacon are necessary. Too much fat content for us. Flavors were OK.
