I actually enjoyed this recipe, even though not authentic Jerk. I used 3 scotch bonnet peppers, 2 were de-seeded, but followed the rest of the recipe. I also used bone in chicken thighs.

Wasn't the jerk taste I was looking for. Not pleasing to my palet, but it didn't go to waste.

Too much raw garlic and ginger. My husband made me promise to never make this again. It was not good. I paired it with the mango salsa and the rice he made with it on the show. Not good at all. We were very disappointed. I now need to have something to get this taste out of my mouth!

Instead of adding all the ingredients listed, I added HOT SQUEEZE instead of the orange juice and soy. I let marinate as suggested and then grilled. Served it with the mango salsa and HOT SQUEEZE!

I saw it today and thought, great for meeting tomorrow. Easy, put everything in my Vitamix, and followed the directions exactly. Only thing I did not have was fresh ginger but I used dried ginger flakes, of course they rehydrated in the oj.

got the grill pan screeming hot, sprayed the kabobs and the grill pan (not non-stick pan and yummmmmmm!!!

I did not have all the ingredients for the Mango salsa so I used what I had but seasoned it as instructed. I used fresh zuchinni , spring onions and basil from our gardern, fresh corn from Md Eastern shore, cut off the cob, peach diced and cantelope slices diced, ran out of lime juice so used seasoned rice vinegar oh and added cardomon. execellent!

my plan for serving tomorrow is corn tortillas, friend grab one, put on the jerk chicken from the skewers and top with zuch, corn, peach salsa!

This is probably the best chicken we have ever eaten. We did not make kabobs, but marinated leg and thighs for a minimum of 2 hours and usually overnight, then grilled them. Moist and so good it is hard to stop eating. We also made the mango salsa which is equally good. These have become favorites and are definitely our first choice for chicken.

On a cold winter night when we didn't feel like firing up the outdoor grill, we left the bone in both breasts & thighs poured the entire marinade over the chicken, baked in a 13 x 9 and it was scrumptious!!
