This has become one of the old man's faves and he wants me to make it once a week. I really love the mango salsa.

These were a snap to fix. Reserve part of the marinade recipe for a dipping sauce- it is fabuloso. You must serve this with his mango salsa- don't worry if you don't have the cucumbers its delicious without them- I added a little cilantro and red onion to mine since they were sitting on the counter.

Fabulous - serve it with Mambo Rice!!

This is THE best chicken I have ever grilled! Everything is perfect and the spices just right. I impressed all of my family for a cook-out and this was not just another bland chicken dinner..This was MONEY!! I have already made this 3 times and will make again.

This is the best jerk recipe I have found! It is so good, and it made the whole neighborhood smell good as it was cooking on the grill. Served with the mango and the mambo rice it was a dinner that was an instant hit at my house! Thanks Guy, you are my new hero!

I really enjoyed this jerked combination. It was bold, and fresh, expecially when combined with the mango salsa. The rice offerred with the combo worked well as a base.
Most of my friends considered the heat to be a little 'pronounced' even among compliments. I decided to drizzle a little honey and brown sugar in the dipping sauce to counter this. This is a fantastic recipe. Consider it a 'Jerked'spice arrangement that captures the kick and is easy to eat with a group of friends. Either on vacation at the beach or just wishing, Food Network 'brought it' with this one!
