We watch, we shopped, we made, we enjoyed.mmmm Best recipe we have tried from Food network. Didn't really enjoy the rice ( too herby & sticky we are Minute Rice people. Ya gotta try this marinade!

Very solid recipe. Tastes great and was fun to make in the winter in Minnesota - grilling in 0 degrees.

Quite the departure from your regular grilled chicken. I used whole chicken breasts and marinated them over night. It was very good and although I did not make the mango salsa, I can see that it would be a very good accompaniment.

Although this isn't authentic jamaican jerk its still pretty good stuff and I would definitely make it again.

I found the seasonings to be overpowering for the marinade.

This was delicious! The sauce is really good, but the mango salsa is AMAZING! I may add a bit of cilantro to the mango salsa next time, but other than that I would not change a thing!

This was a good recipe. I even made it with whole chicken breasts instead of kabobs. You can definately taste the warmth of the cinammon and nutmeg in this dish. I wish i could get myself to like that flavor, but i just doesn't work for me.

I made this the day I saw it on the show...initially the recipe wasn't up on the site so I kind of "winged it" with the ingredients. I'm happy that it's up in full now. In any event, I loved the flavor. I've only ever done jerked chicken once before, but this was a taste sensation. My market didn't have scotch bonnets so I had to use a milder pepper, but perhaps less heat let more of the other flavors shine through. Had it with everything else on the show...truly delicious!

The Mango Salsa I will make again and again. I really enjoyed the kabobs although I put in two peppers and it was to spicy, next time I will only do one and will enjoy it more.
