    Veggies were ok, but the paste for the roast was too salty, making the entire dish too salty.

    I LOVE this recipe. Alot of prep work. The flavors come together beautifully. Eat bit got better. My husband is addicted to this always begging me to make the JKL as he calls is. Amazing

    I made this dish for my husband and another couple and it was a HUGE hit. So delicious! The flavors work so well together and the veggies were delicious. I didnt have a V rack so I just placed the pork on top of the veggies and that seems to work just fine. Be sure to cut the potato into smaller chunks than the other veggies since they take a little longer to cook. I highly recommend this one.

    Listen, this is the best pork I have ever had. The veggies were amazing and the flavors were out of this world. The measurements and the instructions were clear and accurate. The pork was super moist! It was like having the best baked pork chop, WoW!

    You HAVE to try this recipe! It was fantastic! I took the veggies out a little early because we like them on the crunchier side and also used homemade pesto, but those were the only changes. I was instructed by my family to never lose this recipe!

    This is the best thing we have ever made. We made it exactly as the recipe directed, and we wouldn't change a thing. Incredible left over as well!!

    Amazing!! Because of dietary differences I omitted the sugar, substituted the potatoes for sweet potatoes but everything else I left as is. This will be regular at out house.

    This was one of the best recipes we have gotten in a long time. It was excellent, easy to make and definitely a dish I would serve to guests. We followed the recipe except we did not add rosemary. Other than that we prepared it exactly like the directions.
