I agree with Conni....WOW WOW WOW! This was an amazing salmon dish...only mistake I made was in removing the seeds from the jalapenos. There was no heat. Also bought a fresh apricot, cut it in half and grilled it with the salmon. I put the plank on the BBQ for 10 minutes and saved a little of the sauce to add before serving....If you love Salmon or even just like it, you must try this one....Way to go Guy!

All I can say is WOW. Super easy and super good. Just the right amount of heat. My daughter who loves salmon but hates it in a sweet application absolutely RAVED about this recipe and made me repeat the recipe to her 3 times (OK,it was Mother's Day and we had enbibed in a few glasses of champaigne. I'm adding this one to my "Recipe Box". The only thing I did different was adding the rosemary to the sauce the last few minutes of cook time.
Thanks Guy for a real winner.

This is hands down the BEST salmon I have ever had. It was very easy to prep and cook - and the flavors are outrageous. This has become a vacation tradition for our family and everyone looks forward to its guest appearance!!!

The sauce is awesome. I used some nice shrimp instead, lightly flouring them and then searing in olive oil, then combined them with the sauce and cooked just until done. It was great. I followed the recipe exactly and was really impressed. Next time I'll use a little extra jalapeno just because I like the heat a lot, and possibly try sugar free apricot preserves. I'm definitely going to use salmon also, but the shrimp were amazing with this. Great recipe, very easy.

I added about 2 tbs of red pepper relish to the apricot sauce. Quite delicious.
