Might be the best salmon I have ever had and I cooked it myself. AWESOME is an understatement. Can't wait to try the glaze on other items.

This was the best salmon I've ever had hands down, dining in or out. I soaked my planks first and believe it helped keep the salmon moist. The sauce is to die for.. just enough heat to be tongue tingling but sweet and tangy too. Easy recipe but don't forget to leave lots of time for the sauce to cool completely. It could even be made well ahead of time. Perfect summer fare!

You got to try this one. If you like salmon...you will love this ! It has the perfect blend of flavors and your guests will think you spent all day in the kitchen.
