I was expecting this to be great, but my wife and I both agreed that the sauce was mediocre and didn't compliment the salmon at all.

Easy, impressive and delicious. My favorite way to cook salmon sometimes I don't use the cedar plank and still taste delicious.

Made this recipe tonight (on the grill and it was the best salmon I have ever made. I love spicy, my husband does not but we both agreed the sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Couldn't be easier to make and it's great you can make the sauce ahead- perfect thing to serve a BBQ crowd. Served it with rosemary roasted potatoes which complimented the light rosemary flavor in the fish.

Okay this is easy to cook and therefore just try it! The glaze here makes it unreal! You can literally put it on any kind of meat and it's awesome! Chicken, steak, halibut, anything. . .

The only tweak i added is putting rosemary into the glaze. A sprig on top of the salmon while it cooks is just not good enough. It's also better if you do all the cooking on a grill.

Let that glaze do it's thing, make sure you don't do it last minute, it needs to simmer!

this recipe is why i love Guy!

My wife loves salmon and I like it, but am usually not too excited about it.
With this glaze, the salmon absolutely rocks. I plan to use it to glaze a pork tenderloin and chicken too. The jalapenos I bought were not hot so I used one jalapeno and one serrano pepper. I still could use more heat so maybe some cayenne next time. This recipe is definitely money.
