I saw this on one of your episodes and decided to make it for our Superbowl party. I made salmon and also browned some chicken breats with the sause on top. It was a huge hit. I made it again last night but this time I made center cut pork chops with the the sauce on top. It was fantastic. I did not use the pank for the chicken or the chops. This is going to be a regular at our gatherings. THANK YOU

Great recipe... we eat salmon nearly every week and this was a nice change. Didn't have the cedar plank but still came out very tasty.

I made this for my husband and he loved it! It was easy to make and a nice change from the usual maple-mustard glazed cedar salmon. Definitely give this one a try!

I tried this recipe for our 29th anniversary and was not disappointed. It was elegant and tasted wonderful. I will use the sauce for other dishes.

We all loved this recipe. I will make this over and over. The heat was just right. I seared the salmon then put them on the plank and cooked them in the oven. My picky kids loved this recipe too.

This is the very best salmon I have ever eaten. I am not a big fish fan, but this is the best. I could eat this every night of the week. Even my grandchildren ate it. I made some sauce without the jalapeno, and they ate it like it was candy. I made this for my daughter's birthday, and she raved about it.

I hate salmon, but I thought the sauce sounded sooo good (sweet and spicy, and during the episode he said it would be good on pork chops so I tried it. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I cooked the sauce as directed and then put it on pork chops on my grill. Everyone I've made it for loved it, and it is so easy, it's become my go-to for company in a hurry. Actually, my boyfriend wanted the recipe for his mom because she won't eat pork chops and he thought it might change her mind.

My husband has a sweet/spicy sauce he makes that we all love. After seeing Guy make this and reading the five star reviews I gave it a try. This was just as good. As with many Food Network recipies, there were errors.... On the show he heated the plank prior to putting the fish on it. This was not in the directions. We didn't have any planks so we put it on a parchment lined pan in the oven. I made the saude in advance to let it set up and put some on the fish and baked. Next time I think I'll broil at the end to form a crust. For those that complained about the heat....know your pepper tolerance. My family loves spicy food, but I seeded the jalepenos because I like a little less heat. It would have been even better a little hotter. I usually don't like my salmon baked, but this was fabulous.

My husband and I made this recipe a while ago, and we're still raving about it. I just emailed this to a friend of mine who loves salmon as well. We love heat, and thought this was actually not as hot as some other reviewers are saying, but we do have a higher than average tolerance. My only cautionary tale would be to cook the sauce with the jalapenos outside on the grill- we were all coughing a bit while it was cooking, especially our one year old daughter. Not only is it delicious, it also clears the sinuses!

This was the best salmon I have ever
made at home or probably had in a restaurant! I forgot to get the jalapenos, so I used pepperoncinis'
I made this on the grill and skipped
the parchment paper. My son doesn't
like salmon so I made his on boneless
chicken. The sauce is great, can't
wait to try it on pork.
