This was the best salmon I have ever
made at home or probably had in a restaurant! I forgot to get the jalapenos, so I used pepperoncinis'
I made this on the grill and skipped
the parchment paper. My son doesn't
like salmon so I made his on boneless
chicken. The sauce is great, can't
wait to try it on pork.

This was so easy and I always love a recipe with minimal chopping. I agree with a few others in that the jalepenos were HOT. I love the flavor of jalepenos but the spice came through a lot more than I thought I would. So I would take out the seeds and ribs. I did not have parchment paper and it turned out fine without it. I also would definitely put some foil a level below the planks because it really dripped and would have made a mess in my oven if I hadn't done that. I doubled the garlic because I can never have enough garlic in anything I cook. thank you Guy.

This is a fantastic recipe with just the right amount of sweet and spice and jalapeno heat. It was relatively easy to produce and the results were exquisite. This would be great served with a very chilled Pinot Gris, especially if it is on a hot summer evening, with friends and on your patio

This is my new favorite Salmon recipe. The jalepenos caramelized and had a wonderful flavor, but next time I will de-seed them for less heat.

My wife is a very picky eater. I decided to surprise her three weeks ago by making this dish for dinner. She loved it so much she has asked me to make it for her every week since. Guys if you want to impress your wife make this dish.

WOW!!! I was looking for a new way to make salmon and tried Guy's recipe. THIS WAS SERIOUSLY THE BEST SALMON I HAVE EVER HAD!!! It is a must try...even I was skeptical about the apriot preserves, mustard and jalepenos...but it made the dish FANTASTIC. Can't wait to try more of Guy's recipes!

This was quick & easy! I did not use any cedar planks...just parchment paper on a cookie sheet. It is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I've made it twice in one week - by request!

This is the first "Guy" recipe I made, and it's fabulous. I am always on the look out for salmon recipes. It's tender and the flavor is dynamite. My family loved it.

Easy to make and my family loved it! You could also use pork instead of the fish. The flavors were great - we will definitely have this again!
