This is the best tiramisu I have ever had, and I eat a lot of tiramisu! It is creamy and sweet and smooth. The only changes I made to this recipe were to substitute 1 Tbsp. of Ghirardelli Hazelnut Hot Cocoa mix for 1 Tbsp. of the cocoa and I made it in a pan smaller than 9x13 because I wanted the pretty presentation from the pan. I only needed 2 boxes of ladyfingers in the smaller pan. This recipe was also really easy compared to some other tiramisu recipes I've made. This is a must try!

YUM! I made this last night. Easy to do. I had no issues with the whipped cream mixture and none left over. There was enough to make 2 nice sized layers. I did use a little bit more amaretto and may even use a bit more next time.

Very good and I didn't realize tiramisu was so easy to make. I just wish I had bought more ladyfingers. The recipe makes a ton of the whipped cream mixture, next time I make this I'll do an extra layer of lady fingers (there's enough of the ingreds. in the recipe to do it and split the cream up into 3.

This is the same recipe I have used for about 25 yrs or so I got it out of the LA times way back when they had a great food section. It is one the best I have had besides in the Bronxs NY. Good going GUY keep up the great work.
