    I tried this out with some tri-tip and it was awesome. The sauce is so good and after doing it once for myself and a friend I had to try it again with a larger group of family and friends and they were blown away.

    We love this recipe, as we do most of Guy's! I did have to substitute for the Cabernet Sauvignon, but the result was still amazing. Thanks!

    This sauce was easy and very good! Goes great with the perrercorned steak! We kept the onions from the sauce and had them with brats!

    This was the best Flank Streak I cooked in 37 years............Will never do it any other way...........The sauce is to die for...........My husband wanted to lick his plate!

    Loved this dish. The wine sauce intimidated me at first. But after following the recipe the sauce came together and tasted amazing.

    This was the BEST recipe I've made. Ever. My family was SO impressed, that they started talking about me enrolling in culinary school and becoming a personal chef. So amazingly tender and flavorful - what an amazing dinner. You've gotta try it.

    This sauce has a wonderful flavor and goes great with the steak. I only used a fraction of the pepper, but it still came out great.

    Made this sauce and it's to die for. Funny thing I spent 3 hours making another red wine sauce and it didn't even compare to Johnny's. Goes to show you don't have to spend a lot of time to make a great sauce.
