    Has become a regular veggie side at our house. We have it at least once a week and I get the girls to eat fresh beets without all of the fuss...and they are already bacon lovers to start.

    I had never thought of putting Kale and Beets together but it was delicious! Made exactly as the instructions indicated using Lacinta kale. I'd like to try turkey bacon or reduce the amount of bacon to make an already healthy dish even better for you! It also had nice colors to it.

    Excellent mix of sweetness from the beets, salt from the bacon, and acid from the vinegar. My first voyage into eating kale was a success. Loved it!

    Some people do not know how to read a recipe!!However, I still do not like beets but omitted them the second time and the recipe was GREAT! Thank You.

    I thought I would try this to see if I liked beets since I never liked them when I was young. Found out that I still do not like them.
    Followed the recipe but one hint would be to chop the kale and take out the ribs. Also, seemed like too much vinegar. Would not make this again.
