I'm pretty set in my ways about how to make a burger and I've never cared much for a stuffed one, but I was interested in a new sauce. This ketchup is awesome and I will definitely make again. I used canned tomatoes and thought this was fine.

For all that went into it, I did not think these were great. I do like the idea of stuffing a burger. I think I'd prefer different, more flavorful ingredients for the stuffing. Perhaps, spinach and feta cheese. The tomato ketchup topping was wonderful. I have plenty left over. Tomorrow I may stuff a turkey burger and top with the leftover sauce.

very good burger, distinct taste. I think mine was so different because a specific taste added by Contadina's products. Contadina?s authentic Italian sauces and vine-ripened roma style tomatoes are the perfect complements to all my favorite meals. This message is being posted on behalf of Del Monte and we hope that it is of interest for you.

That is the single most delicious burger I have ever experienced!!!! It did take a bit longer than I expected to make, but SO worth the wait!! My family was speachless through the entire meal. I knew that they loved it by the eyes rolling and the messy smiles!! "OFF THE HOOK!!"

I prefer the original cheese burger. This was not really worth the work and not a very bold flavor.

Ok first I would like to comment on any comment that has been left saying anything negative about this recipe. " You guys are crazy."

Now time for the good stuff. The burgers were perfect. The Ketchup was so YUM YUM. I cooked the burgers on the grill 4 min on each side then pulled them away from the direct flame closed the lid and cooked for 10 more min. They were wonderful. I did however add a few things that I thought it might be missing. I put a little of BBQ rub not sauce on each side after I brushed them with olive oil. Then I also added more caramelized onions to the top of the burger afther they were done with salt and pepper to taste as well as a teaspoon of sriracha to the onions while cooking. It added just the right spice to them not to over power the burger. I also mixed brown mustard with mayo added it to the bun and one last thing, avocodo. I am a burger freak and for the last six months my wife and I have been eating at different buger joints to find the perfect burger. Well NO Longer!!!! We have found it!!!
