I saw Guy make this today and my mouth watered. Then I realized I had all of the ingredients to make the burger. Not the sauce. I made it without. Hubby said it was the best burger he has ever had. He also told me to make sure I saved the recipe to make again!
Thanks Guy, I am so glad I voted for you!!!

I skipped the sausage because my wife does not like the spicy stuff. I used some mushrooms instead and they were awesome. They did take a while longer to bake - about 18 mins at 300 degrees - but they were well worth the wait. The ketchup is awesome too.

These burgers were absolutely awesome. The entire family raved all through dinner. I also had to cook them a bit longer than the recipe called for, but it was well worth it. I am very sure I will be making these quite often.

My mother is a burger nut. She came over I just had to try the inside out burger. We about 10 people over and everyone just loved it. I did have to cook it longer then suggested but I also made some big burgers. The mixture inside was perfect and I plan on making them again real soon. You must try it.

The recipe took longer than my husband and I expected. Like another reviewer, I too had to bake it in the oven for longer than 10 minutes. I enjoyed the Ketchup mixture and I'll definately make that again, but honestly I couldn't taste the cheese, sausage, and onion mixture at all. Next time I will just make a regular hamburger and lather it with Guy's ketchup. If I had done that this time, it would have tasted exactly the same. Over all, good burger but more time consuming than I expected.

I tried this recipe right away and MY FAMILY ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!
The unexpected surprise came when they dived in for their first bite and experienced the generous bits of bacon and sausage swimming in oozing cheesy goodness.
Hands down, thee best burger recipe I've tried. Then again, 99% 0f everything Guy makes is MONEY!! If you haven't already tried these babies, what are you waiting for??

Not so killer for me. The chorizo had good flavor, but made the patties very greasy. Also it took a lot longer than 10 minutes in the oven for me to cook them through. More like 20-25 minutes and at a higher temperature than the recipe.

My husband is Mexican so he appreciated the Chorizo. They were so simple to make and were the best burgers I have ever done. The portions were huge and I couldn't eat the whole thing...my husband took care of that! Will def make again

The only problem we had with these was the meat separating during cooking, but they tasted great! Maybe we just had too much going on in the middle. I will definitely make these again, but next time I will probably mix the cooked bacon, onions, and chorizo into the ground beef and only put the cheese in the middle. I like the idea that Katie (from IL had about making these into meatballs and I will probably try that too. Thanks, Guy!
