Once you make and eat this burger you will never eat a regular burger again. My family loved my regular burgers but since I made this recepie they will no longer eat my "normal" burgers. They only one the inside out burgers.

my daughter and i watched the show and our mouths watered! i made it 2 days later with a few changes. first i sauteed some mushrooms in the leftover bacon and sausage grease. then instead of serving it on a bun (way to big for that, i topped it with the mushrooms and my own bbq sauce instead of the ketchup in the recipe along with a big salad. the hamburgers were moist and delicious and got rave reviews from everyone in the family. i can't wait to have it again...i might even try a version using turkey burgers! love your show, guy...keep the recipes comin'!!

Some friends and I fixed this for dinner last night and I have to say it was so good. The burger was thick, juicy and awsome. I will be making these again. Thanks

I made these as meatballs, baked them in the oven with the Worcestershire sauce over the top and served them as an appetizer. Everyone loved them and I've been asked to bring them to numerous parties! Thanks Guy - you rock!

The burgers... There are no words. That stuffing is the BOMB. They tasted SO darn good, and just melted in our mouths.
Unfortunately, the ketchup was more like... Pink water. A can of paste might thicken her up, but following the directions made a real watery, runny mess. Good flavors, just way too thin.
But those burgers - Holy Cow. Pun intended.
