This is by far the best burger I've ever had the pleasure of grilling and eating anywhere! I used Jimmy Dean Hot sausage inside mine however to "Kick-it-up-notch"!!

I thought these were awesome ! Of course I cooked mine a little too long but the chorizo, bacon & onion really gave some great flavor. I would definitely make these again. Good Job Guy !

These burgers are awesome! I only have one issue. My cheese "disappeared" a little bit inside the burger. I don't know what the cooking term would be for that. But, next time, I'll make them with the chorizo/bacon inside, and add the cheese to the top after cooking. Anyway, the flavors rock! Loved it! And we LOVE GUY!

Burgers are personal. You can make them taste however you want and are limited only by your added ingredients. The chorizo is a good idea, but for us, this was too much like a meatloaf sandwich and not like a great beef burger. This recipe is not for us.

This is one of the best recipes I've ever made. My husband is a very picky eater, he won't eat onions, tomatoes, garlic or anything like that, but he loved this, I was afraid to tell him there were onions in it but he didn't even care, he just ate it up. This is now one of our favorite recipes.

Best burger I ever made. Thank you Guy. It was a big hit with the whole family. My kids even loved it! The "ketchup" was great with it. I would recommend taking the time to make it. I will make this again.
