Like most I was unable to find the Kobe, so used ground sirloin. I followed the recipe as it was written and it was great! The only change I will make next time is cut the amount of sugar in the onions by half seeing the onion when cooked in this manner make's it sweet anyway. Great flavor, great burger!

This just sounds fabulous...gonna make it tonight for dinner! Only thing...Kobe beef. This is impossible for me to find. Is there another that is desirable or can I just use regular 80/20 ground beef?

Outstanding! We've made these twice. They're the first to go. People say things like "this is the only way I want my burgers from now on. They come out soft, moist and flavorful. This recipe is perfect as is!

These are the most amazing sliders we have ever made. You MUST make BOTH the bourbon carmelized onions AND the Tequila lime aioli. The combination of these flavors makes these little babies to die for!
Fantastic!

SOOOO good. I used Ciabatta rolls and added some Gouda on the burger too. The bourbon and tequila added just enough flavor to the aioli and burger without over powering it.
