The flavor of these wings is perfection! The only modification I have made is that I bake my wings...we don't need the extra fat of frying. I have made them too many times to count and they are ALWAYS a bit hit. THX Guy!

Easy with great, crunchy results. I would recommend parchment paper or tin foil under the wings while they're in the oven, otherwise clean up is a hassle. I liked the sauce a lot as well, though it was a little spicy and was probably double what I needed for 2lbs wings. I added a bit more honey and some garlic and they tasted great. And for everyone that complains about calling these wings Korean, they have a lot of Korean ingredients and flavor combination, plus they taste great so why complain about a silly thing like a name?

Incredibly easy recipe that pays off with excellent results. Have made this several times. The only hassle is deep frying the wings. Maybe some are like me and appreciate the traditional buffalo sauced wings but this is an excellent change of pace especially for a large party.

and I can attest that Korean places do serve this. So.. To those fussing about the name, go get cultured in your own culture.

I have never made chicken wings before, but I cook a lot and am a little bit of a food snob. I made these wings with a couple substitutions and they were the best wings we have ever had. I didn't have sherry or fresh ginger so I substituted apple cider vinegar and fresh candied ginger (dark good stuff not the sweet stuff. With a little homemade blue cheese, these wings rock!

Not sure why all the hate over the name, I get wings like this all the time from a little "restaurant" at the back of a Korean grocery store. I make a similar recipe but to be honest, this one looks even better.

Hey, I made these wings and they came out fabulously! I don't have any Korean friends, but I'm thinking ANY friends would say kudos to Guy and keep licking their fingers while asking for more.
