Holy Mole. This is just an outstanding recipe. It has a very rustic flavor that is way more delicious and interesting that you would think. I used a little less tequila and lime instead of lemon. Everyone loved it.

This a terific recipe! We've been making this since we first saw it more than a year ago. Everyone we serve it to goes nuts for it. The only changes we've made are using tortilas in place of the rolls and poblano in addition to the other peppers. This is great anytime of year. We always take it for camping too. I can't thank you enough Guy, this is an out of the park hit!

For once, I made a recipe exactly as it states, and it turned out great! I did do it in the oven, and it required a lot longer to cook then the recipe states, I ended up turning it to 350 and it was close to 40 minutes. Took to a tailgate with my husband and friends and it went over so well. I loved how easy it was, I made it up the night before, then just popped it in the oven right before we left.

Fantastic recipe!! We have 4 teenage/college boys in the house, so I made a double batch and it was Fantastic as leftovers!! Fed them lunch for a week! I will use a disposable metal pan next time so I can stir it better.

Very tasy dish and so easy to make. I added more garlic (2tbsand more cheese than it called for (pepperjack and some Fajita seasoning to the chicken after I shredded it. Next time I will add another jalepeno and some green chilis to give it an extra kick of spice. I served it on soft tortilla shells instead of Hoagie buns. It was fantastic!

This was great. We had this at a friend's tailgate at Marion College last weekend. We are bringing it to our University of Illinois tailgate this weekend. I might add a bit more cheese and the idea of mixing it all in disposable pan on the grill is a great idea so you can mix it a bit more. Some spicy fiesta ranch dressing might also be great on it. Can't wait until tomorrow to try it myself.
