    i can't tell you how many times i've done this recipe, and everytime i'm truly amazed at how awesome it tastes...i've actually used lime and lemon in the recipe, wasn't sure why its called lime chicken...with no lime...but i half'd it with the lemon and amazing...

    Very tasy dish and so easy to make. I added more garlic (2tbsand more cheese than it called for (pepperjack and some Fajita seasoning to the chicken after I shredded it. Next time I will add another jalepeno and some green chilis to give it an extra kick of spice. I served it on soft tortilla shells instead of Hoagie buns. It was fantastic!

    This was great. We had this at a friend's tailgate at Marion College last weekend. We are bringing it to our University of Illinois tailgate this weekend. I might add a bit more cheese and the idea of mixing it all in disposable pan on the grill is a great idea so you can mix it a bit more. Some spicy fiesta ranch dressing might also be great on it. Can't wait until tomorrow to try it myself.

    this is an excellent recipe. I used already roasted chicken from the grocery store (saved some time and stripped the meat off. This was easy to put together and the flavor was really good. Warmed it in the oven instead of a grill and it still worked perfect. will definitely make this again!

    With all the flavors that went into this, I didn't want to make any changes based on the comments, but it needed more jalapeno, red peppers, garlic, fresh cilantro, a jalapeno jack cheese etc. I used a 6 lb chicken, so I may use a 5 lb next time. I figured it would be cheesey, creamy...but it wasn't. ;( Cooked cilantro loses its flavor, so that I will just add the fresh after it is done. I may even just heat on the grill, top opened and serve with tortilla chips.

    Excellent recipe. So flavorful! Everyone loved it and it's so easy to make. You can make ahead of time and just throw it on the grill when your guests arive. We decided next time we will just make ours in a disposable metal grill pan and mix everything up a few times while it's cooking.

    I just finally found this recipe after seeing it on a commercial. It sounds so good.
    I found the recipe on another site and copied it. Once I went to save it, I noticed lemon a few times, no lime anywhere.
    So.... I searched again, thinking I have copied a recipe someone messed up.
    I know most got it, but if you were to keep it, like myself in your recipe file and make it or share it later on, you may be making it wrong.
    Anyhow, I can't wait to make this. I know its gonna be really good.
