Wonderful recipe, so easy and tasted GREAT! Touch of cilantro and lime to finish made it so good. Thanks Guy!

I made this for a Fathers Day party at my house. The guys loved it. The smell alone will win you over. I did use lime juice not lemon.

i know it says lemons, but use limes. i just do it in a dutch oven, and good tequila makes a difference.

Everyone I've cooked this dish for has raved about it. You can do the traditional sandwiches at a Tailgate or get a bit fancy and use it as an appetizer with quartered toast. There hasn't been one person that hasn't asked to take the leftovers home.....that's if it wasn't completely devoured. Thanks for the great Tailgate recipe Guy!

I saw this recipe on the main foodnetwork site and decided to give it a go. Since we don't have a BBQ or Grill where we currently live, we used our oven to try it. Followed directions exactly as described. It came out DELICIOUS! I was a bit unsure due to the lack of herbs and spices... but it doesn't need it at all.

We changed the recipe just a tad... instead of using the advertised cheeses, we used Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar.

The recipe calls for lemons, in the video it shows limes, hence the title of the recipe.

It ended up pretty darn good and I will make it again. I roasted a fresh jalapano along with red bell peppers. I minced the jalapano after peeling off the charred skin.

    Thanks Guy
