    I cooked this chicken with chicken breasts instead, and instead of cooking it in the oven, I put it on the Weber and smoked it for two hours. Everybody who ate it, all said they never had a better piece of chicken.

    good to eat all of Guy you cook,Although if I cook your dishes I have to skip the oils,I have allgery of having oils...It get me very sick...

    I am surprised that people say they have made this and it is good. Half the recipe - glaze and marinade- are not included.

    this was some of the best chicken I've had. Easy & different. A pleasant change. Not too spicy. well worth a try. Yummmmmm

    Where do you find a 2 and 1/2 lb chicken? This is an excellent chicken recipe. I love this for entertaining. But it takes so long that is embarrasing that dinner is later than planned. Once it is done it is a real hit!

    You guys need to get your sh@@ together and quick. To many times I have gone to get a recipe and parts of the recipes or the marinades and glaze in this case are missing entirely. Tried to type in mojito chicken glaze and marinade only to end up to the original incomplete recipe. To bad their is not another network for people like Guy, Rachel and so on to go to work for. By the way, the one judge on the next food network star that is an executive for food network, you stink too!!!!!
