This is one of the best chicken reciepe I have ever ate and will make this many more times . I did change 2 things -- I used mint chuntny instead of the leafs and I cooked it at 400 F for 40 min. after browning the meat . Its almost like a morrocan dish in taste and is over the top in being a good meal . I cooked rice and spinish for side items .

My husband made this meal for me for Mother's Day. He is not an expert in the kitchen, but managed to put together a fabulous meal. The chicken was so tender, juicy and tastey, we couldn't get enough.

This chicken was a hit at home and then again at work. It's full of flavor and so juicy and tender. The leftovers, though there wasn't much, were great pulled apart and added to the top of a crisp green salad! Also, I now keep the dry spice mixture from this recipe on hand for this and many of my other chicken recipes!

There were arguments for the leftovers.

My family loves this chichen. It is easy to make except for having the number of ingredients on hand. To save time I used chicken pieces and cook them on the grill.

This chicken came out moist and delicious. I don't eat skin, however I cooked it with the skin on in order to retain moisture. I removed it just prior to glazing. I agree with other reviewers that the glaze was bland on its own. But perahps when paired with the seasoning of the chicken, it was a copmlement.

I'm not sure if the effort and expense for this chicken was worth it unless you like to eat the skin. I do taste the glaze in the meat of the chicken, but I had to cook it a lot longer than the directions said to. It looked really good though.
