The Mojito chicken is AWESOME! It is so tender and juicy. It was easy to make too. I will make this agin.

This was one of the best chicken dishes I've made. It was really tender and moist. The cooking time is quite a bit longer than the recipe suggests, however.

I was so excited about making this chicken after I watched the preparation on the show & then read the most favorable reviews. I was careful to follow the recipe with ALL the ingrediants & steps only to be very disappointed feeling that while it wasn't bad, it just wasn't great or even really good. I don't think it was worthy of the time & effort.

I loved this recipe. It's the first chicken recipe that really had a distictive taste to it. I thought it was easy to put together. I'm a busy mom and I just put the items together all day long so by the time it was ready to actually cook, it was a snap. I let the ckicken marinade all day. I did have to bake the chicken 40 minutes instead of the 25 minutes as stated. I'm definately putting this recipe in the fav's file!

The Mojito marinade and glaze are good, but the best thing about this recipe is how adaptable it is. Just use any marinade and/or glaze and it's good to go.

After watching I had to try this. It had great flavor but I think next time I'll let it marinate overnight before cooking to enhance the flavor even more. It was a little time consuming but worth it. I also only used chicken breast and next time may use boneless as well.

This chicken was one of the best recipes we have ever had. The chicken was juicey and bursting with flavor. I love chicken and welcome new ways to cook it. My boyfriend and I love to cook and found the prep for this recipe easy. Thanks Guy!

I had to run out and buy the ingredients after watching this episode it looked so fantastic.

I was not disappointed. The flavors popped and the chicken was on sale. I had to cook the bird longer in the oven due to a cheap gas oven but overall the results were delicious.

I will make this again and again.
