SOOOOO GOOD! I added the extra marinade over some pasta for a delicious taste!! Just be careful to read the recipe the whole way through. The COOK time is 30 minutes but the PREP time is over an hour and a half... Not a 30 minute meal afterall.

I must say that I love chicken recipe's but I always use boneless/skinless chicken so this was new for me! I saw Guy make this & I'm not sure I followed it exactly, but pretty close and this was a lot of work. I really wasn't sure it was going to be worth it but my family loved it. Guy has great recipe's & with that, I don't expect them to be easy; just to be worth the time & effort. I won't be making this every month, but it will be made again. Thanks for another tasty recipe Guy!!!

My kids for some reason have trouble eating all the meat off a chicken bone - usually! NOT LAST NIGHT! I had made extra of this so we would have leftovers, there were none! AWESOME recipe!!!! Only thing I'm gonna change for next time is figure out a way to cut down on some of the oil. Thanks Guy for a new fave at my house!!!!!

Very good! This is the first recipe I have made that is Guy?s. The chicken was very moist, even the white meat. I do not understand how the other two people did not like it; they must have done something wrong??? Even though I browned the chicken, had to cook the chicken for 40 minutes to reach 165 degrees. This is a keeper, thanks Guy.

I love this Mojito Chicken. My family loves it. I don't understand the people that say they didn't like it. It's totally awsome! I make it just about once a week. It's great. I ran out of dark rum and used vodka. It was just as good. Every once in a while I will do the rub, then I marinade it over night. Marinading is definatley the key. You can also do a brine (look them up on food network before you start this recipe. Juicy, Juicy, Juicy! Yum. It's making me hungry. I just made it the other day. Always the best. I tell all my friends about it. Can't go wrong here. Love it Guy. Thanks for all your great recipes and love your shows.
