This recipe was so good...my whole family really enjoyed it!
I made it lower fat by brushing them with olive oil and baking them.

These taquitos were soooo good. I'm not a good cook but seeing how easy this recipe was to follow I decided to give them a try. I prepared a total of about 25 taquitos and we left Zero. We left nothing. They were so good, now my husband wants me to make them again soon. Thanks for this awsome recipe.

    Sincerely, Eva monroy

The prep time on this takes a little longer than they estimate. Having to cut up all of the ingredients and roll all of the taquitos makes the process longer. Overall very very good... the Tomatillo Salsa rocked, however the guacamole was not as good as traditional guac. The beer was overpowering

These taquitos and the sauces were awesome. My husband talks about it all of the time! All of the chopping was a bit time consuming, but well worth it! I may shorten it a bit next time by using prepared guacamole - only for time purposes! It was great too :

I have yet to try any of Guy's recipes that is anything short of fantastic; the guy is truly the Elvis of the kitchen! This taquito recipe was totally out of this world... even when I ran out of time and served these as tacos instead. Simply delicious! Thanks, Guy! :D

OMG this recipe is fantastic. Wish I had seen the epidsode when Guy made them. But followed his recipe and they do take some time to get it all going but let me tell you it is sure worth it. Great flavors. Don't even think of leaving off the tomatillo sauce, it is just that good. Am going to make more sauce next time to use on other dishes. Family and friends especially my Grandson can't get enough of these. Thanks so much Guy, love all of your recipes the flavor blends are incredible.

Fun dish! I enjoyed making it. Although its rated as easy (which it is, it takes quite a while to make. Every time I make it, my family loves it. But I don't do it often because it does take so long.
I didn't deep fry the tortillas, I cooked them in a small amount of olive oil and replenished as nessessary. I also tried them with flour tortillas. They didn't crack or tear as easily. Still VERY tasty and for as much work as they intail, I will be making them again!

The flavor of the chicken with the veggies was unbeatable. My corn tortillas fell apart when I tried to roll them (even after warming them in the microwave. That wasn't a problem with the recipe, though. We ended up eating this like homemade tacos, and it was great.

Made these yesterday. They take a little time and make A LOT, but well worth the effort. Left out the jalapeno due to previous bad cooking experiences with it...we're not fans of "hot" at my house anyway. Fried only what we would eat at that meal, refrigerated the filling and will fry up more for dinner later this week. Also good with plain sour cream if you don't have time or don't want to make the guac and salsa.
