Perfection! I 86'd the beer and mustard and used a egg wash but it was still delicious!

Downright delicious. The slaw has become my new go-to coleslaw recipe and the sandwich is one of my boyfriend's favorites.

Seriously yummy!!! I had so much extra flour and mustard dredging that I made a bunch of chicken tenders as well. I did need to use additional panko breadcrumbs. Makes the tastiest chicken tenders ever! I pan fried the chicken as well. For the slaw, I got a bag of pre-shreaded broccoli, red cabbage, carrot slaw and halfed the dressing ingredients. I skipped the sour cream b/c I didn't have it in the house. Also, I did cheat and use Kraft Chipotle Mayo which was yummy! Added the lime, etc. Seriously good!!! Like I said though, lots of extra flour mixture and mustard mixture.

I am a huge Guy fan, but this recipe did not provide me with the WOW factor that I usually get from his recpies. My wife loved the chipotle-lime slaw and even ate the slaw as a side dish the following night.

This is the BEST "po boy" I have ever had. I don't really care for cabbage, but this is soooooo delicious!!! I put a little extra chipotle in mine, but I like it spicy.

My husband and I thought this was good. We baked it and did not use the bread. Next time, I will use a little less mustard.

Delicious! Made this with only a few modifications and delish! Went with the oven method versus frying, orange roughy versus catfish. We didn't make the sandwich. We think it would also make great tacos. This goes in the winner, winner fish dinner recipe file.

This recipe ROCKS. The fish is super tender and flavorful and the chipotle slaw is both unique and a perfect compliment to the sandwich. The lime is key for the slaw, perfect amount of citrus and spice. One caveat: You do need to eat the slaw on round 1, as the amount of added lime is overwhelming if eaten the next day. Made this recipe for my girlfriend and she now bribes me with Guinness, just so I will make it again. Would imagine the slaw would also work well with a pulled pork or hangar steak sandwich. Guy, you did it once again!
