This is great! My husband and I made our own soba noodles, which made it a little more labor-intensive, but the sauce itself was incredibly simple for something so delicious. We added sliced green peppers and just a little bit of lime juice to brighten the flavor then garnished with cilantro. All in all, very yummy. We'll definitely be making it again.

You really need more than 5 stars. I licked the bowl. It was delicious, not complicated to make, and my husband loved it, too.

This was okay. I think Ina Garten has a better recipe though. Still love ya Guy!

This is the best recipe I have ever found for peanut noodles. It's easy to do and the flavor is wonderfully complex. I did make one change the second time I made it and that was to reduce the Sriracha to 1 tblsp. - I liked the original recipe but it was too spicy for some of my friends and family - and reducing the amount still left enough spiciness for it to have a good bite of heat.
