This recipe is easy and fast to make. The vinaigrette was tasty. We used spinach in recipe and we were pleased with results.

I made this with Ina's Shrimp Scampi Bake, and a Crab Quiche after a long day of travel for the college kids after skiing. DELICIOUS!!! My fam is not a big on gorgonzola, although I AM, so I snuck some in and added some goat cheese as well. They ALL raved about it!!! Can't wait to make it again! Thanks Guy!! Love your show and thank you for all the terrific recipes!!

I loved the salad, I used Bosc pears and white wine vinegar instead and loved it, did not use the honey on top but a little sweetness is necessary I think, will make over and over again.

I made this salad for Christmas dinner. Not only was it beautiful with the red and green colors. It was light and delicious. Perfect for a holiday feast. Will be making it over and over.

I made the salad along with a beef burgundy recipe from Sandra Lee. The combination was amazing! The next day we had the salad with slices of the beef in the salad as well. That was incredible! The beef and the gorgonzola was so tasty!

I prepared this for a dinner party and everyone loved it! The little "pop" in your mouth from the pomogranites are a surprise and adds that little sweetness. A great balance of flavors! A hit!

I made this as the first course for my husband's b-day dinner. I substituted Pinot Grigio vinegar, butter lettuce and an asian pear for their counterparts in the recipe. The salad was light, colorful and full of flavor.
